- The
Biola Eagles played hard in UCI's Laxtoberfest Fall Tournament.
The tournament included such teams as USC, UCLA, Chapman, SDSU,
USD, UCI, UCSD and Biola.
Biola lost
to USC 12-1 in the first round. Freshman Josh Agadoni assisted
Senior Sean Connally on the score in a Man-Up play in the first
half.
In the second
round, Biola lost a close one to the UCI Anteaters, 8-4. Play
was tied at the half 4-4, but the Anteaters took advantage of
four Man-Up opportunities. Seniors Dave Crandall and Sean Connally
both had two goals for the Eagles.

The USD Toreros
gave the Eagles their third loss of the tournament, 9-0. The Eagles
dealt some hard hits but could not muster up more than two shots
on goal.
Despite the
lack of wins, the inexperienced Eagles improved every game and
will have better focus for the Spring season.
