Biola scored their first goal in the second quarter when Freshman Josh Agadoni assisted Senior Sean Connally cutting across the crease.

After the half, Pepperdine went on a rampage scoring 9 goals. Biola held them to just 4 goals in the fourth but the damage had been done.

In the third quarter, Biola put together two goals. Senior John Tiffin took the face-off all the way into the goal. Then Senior Dave Crandall made a great spin dodge and fired the ball into the top left corner of the net. Crandall would score the last goal in the fourth quarter with an assist from Freshman Duncan Campbell.

Biola's defense held strong with good play by Freshman Jacob Walkowski and Freshman Tim Mann.

Though the Eagles suffered a hard loss, they improved from last year's loss of 19-3 against division powerhouse Pepperdine. Glory and thanks be to God.
